The house of 150 sq metres is on three levels, on the main level is a lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling windows looking to the sea, it is connected to the spacious kitchen fully equipped with all you need for cooking at home.

Here you will also find a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds (with air conditioning) and a bathroom.

On the lower level is the second lounge with doors to the terrace and double bedroom with en suite bathroom, the bedroom doors open onto a terrace with sun loungers. From the lounge area is a fourth bedroom / library with single bed.

The master bedroom is on the upper level with en suite bathroom, this bedroom (with air conditioning) opens onto an amazing terrace with open views to the bay in one direction and the port and mountains to the other side, there are chill out sofas and chairs here for relaxing and enjoying a drink while admiring the beautiful view.

Outside are various terraces with sun loungers and dining table, enjoy the 25sqm private pool, and outside shower for cooling off from the Mallorca sun.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room, wifi throughout, a portable gas BBQ, a safe, alarm system and for the winter, diesel central heating.

The house is very comfortable and suitable for families and friends.

Port Andratx is one of Mallorca's most delightful harbours and unspoiled fishing villages set in a truly beautiful location of the west coast of the island Within the time Port d’Andratx developed its special charm not only because of its natural beauty but also because of its popularity. A refreshing mix of relaxed bustle of the locals, residents and tourists.

The harbour promenade invites you to go for a stroll beside the sea or you can just relax in one of the numerous cafes. To escape from the everyday life and enjoy one of the many exquisite restaurants of an extraordinary quality in Port d’Andratx.

There are 14 fishing trawlers operating out of Port d’Andratx returning at 5 pm Monday to Friday to unload their catch at the local harbour side fish market.

The town is situated in the south west of the Island 25 minutes by an excellent road and motorway from the capital city of Palma and 35 minutes from the International airport.

Close by is the traditional old village of Andratx with winery bodega and Wednesday market. Camp de Mar is a summer resort with a sandy beach and St Elm is a small fishing village with a beautiful beach and its excellent seafood restaurants and beautiful views of the Dragonera island national park where you can go for a day trip. Cala Llamp has a famous beach club and restaurant.

Mallorca has many golf clubs one of the most famous courses of the island is in the town of Camp de Mar located a short drive away.

Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 70 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave. The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.

We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.
The property has air conditioning system hot and cool in all bedrooms and common areas.
Reminder to the families with children that the property has a pool and children must be supervised by parents.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.

This house has heating by diesel, paid on the metre rate, that's 1€ per litre not included in the booking price that has to be paid on the check out day.

All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
There is a safe in the property, also there is an alarm system.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Youth groups are not allowed.
Hooligans are not allowed.
