Stay in a cozy cottage with a large garden in Igelösa with only a 600 meter wonderful walk down to the sea.

Here you are close to fantastic swimming spots with nice beaches. You have only 3 km to the beautiful Ekenäsbadet. There is also a wood-burning sauna that you can rent, a barbecue area and a nice marina. You have 6 km to wonderful Vita Sand with its fine sandy beach, street food and ice cream bar. There is a large selection of playgrounds with cable cars and trampolines for the children. It is possible to follow the Möreleden along the water to get to both bathing spots.

There are many footpaths in the beautiful forest area. Just down by the sea there used to be a health resort with a grand Brunnhotel. Today, it is the fine marine environment and the spring that remain.

Note that the house is located along a road that can be busy at times. If you want to take the bus into Kalmar, the bus stop there is 200m away and then the bus stops just outside the house (Igelösa Gård).

The house has a nice living room with sofa group. The kitchen is spacious with a nice dining area. There is a newly built bedroom with two beds. From the kitchen, a steep ladder leads up to the sleeping loft, where there are three single beds directly under the ridge. The opening down to the kitchen can be closed if you wish. Keep an eye on children when the door is open.

You have a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. In the garden there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

Burning in a stove or wood stove is not permitted

Some parts of the lawn may not have time to be covered with grass until the summer of 2025 after the addition of the newly built bedroom.

You are close to fine restaurants. Stufvenäs with fine food and spa is 8km away. Villa Famiglia, where food is served in a Mediterranean-inspired environment, is 8.5 km away

Kalmar, Öland, Kristianopel and Glasriket are nearby if you want to make day trips.
