Located in the heart of the Lucca Hills, Villa Elizabeth is a beautiful vacation destination, showcasing every aspect of the charming Italian way of life. Situated on the edge the village of Vorno, this completely authentic Lucca farmhouse villa is luxuriously updated to accommodate twelve guests. And, with so much indoor/outdoor space, Villa Elizabeth is perfect for a special event like a family reunion or wedding.
Exposed wood beams and ancient stone walls show off the Villa’s authenticity. Within the spacious renaissance Villa, you’ll find designer furniture, local works of art, and elegant lighting fixtures. The atmosphere is classic countryside, warm, inviting, and stylish. There’s formal dining inside, and outside, both with space for twelve. The spacious kitchen is loaded with appliances, the upstairs living room features grand windows with unique views over the vinayards and olive groves while playing billiard or watching tv.
BBQ and Pizza oven are not missing. All the bedrooms are air conditioned while the living areas have fans.
There’s plenty to see and do in Lucca old town, and it’s just a 10-minute drive from Villa Elizabeth. Once you’re there, take some time to stroll around the historic downtown, you’ll find plenty of great boutique shops, cafes, art galleries, and fine local restaurants. Around the villa, wine shops, restaurants, take away pizza shops, ice cream shops and groceries selling local veggies and food are fun to be discovered. Including bespoke trattorias serving local old style Tuscan food such as Bimbotto and La Cecca while Da Giovanni is the most amazing wine and food shop in the entire area. Don’t forget to travel to Pisa (20 mins drive away), Pietrasanta (30 mins drive away), Florence (45 mins drive away), Cinque Terre (1 hour drive away) and then Pistoia, Montecatini, Volterra, San Gimignano, Forte dei Marmi, Livorno, Bolgheri, Chianti, Garfagnana, Siena, Arezzo, Parma, Bologna and many other Tuscan landmarks all easy accessible from this centrally located villa.
