The apartments of “Podere Santa Lucia” are in Portoferraio: the place is called Colle Reciso, in the nice countryside, halfway between Portoferraio and Lacona. Walking along a path located near the house, you can arrive at the church of “Santa Lucia” on top of the hill of the same name, from which you can admire a suggestive panorama of the Gulf of Portoferraio. The beautiful and large sandy beach of Lacona is at about four kilometers away from the apartment: it is renowned for its extra fine golden sand, as well as for its naturally beautiful landscape. It’s a family friendly beach with its shallow water and fine sand where children can safely play. Thanks to the beautiful pine trees by the beach, it is one of the few places on Elba that allows you to enjoy natural shading areas where you can rest, play, and have picnics. The beach has commodities such as cafes, restaurants, diving, windsurfing, sailing and motor boats rentals, sunbeds and umbrella rentals. You can also enjoy any other kind of water sports. The apartment available for our guests, is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, which is accessed via an external staircase. It consists of a large living room with fireplace and TV with kitchen area (equipped with gas burners and refrigerator with small freezer) and a small balcony under a gazebo; two large double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with TV, and a bathroom located on the ground floor which is accessed by an internal staircase or directly from the outside. The typical decor of a country house is very welcoming, the rooms are very bright with view of the valley and outdoor spaces where you can enjoy nature in the summer evenings. Private parking space. Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 pm. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: air condition, electricity, water, gas, air condition etc. included. Final cleaning: € 95 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
