Alessio near the walls of Lucca, VILLA AMICO overlooks glistening vineyards and is backdropped by majestic antique villas and olive groves. This stunning villa is the perfect combination of natural beauty and Italian architecture, a stone's throw from the picturesque city of Lucca.

VILLA AMICO boasts a south facing wooden sundeck that provides uninterrupted views of the adjacent town countryside with a 6x14 metres chlorine-free salt water swimming pool and and a jacuzzi pool in a corner. The jacuzzi is available from May 15th to September 30th (not heated). An intimate outdoor dining area awaits on the elevated terrace. Here you can prepare newly discovered Tuscan delights on a classic stone barbecue.

The outdoor dining and living areas are furnished with welcoming sofas to provide a wealth of retreats. Split over two floors, the villa is semidetached and attached to the owners’ villa. The villa comes with a private parking and a private veranda/outdoor dining and living area and 800 square metres of private land all around (none of these are shared with the owner and his house cannot be seen from the rental property)

Across the two bedrooms crisp greens and splashes of vibrant colour work to enhance the hues and toes of the undeniable star of the show: the ever-visible landscape’s natural beauty. The villa is literally in town but secluded enough to be surrounded by a magnificent amphiteatre of lush greenery.
