Beschreibung
Bunowen Holiday Cottage is a traditional holiday cottage located close to Ballyconneely Village. Recently renovated to a new and modern style while still attaining its cottage feel. There is a working farm adjacent to the property, located in a quiet and tranquil area of Connemara.

This holiday cottage offers wonderful countryside views and is just a short stroll to the nearby sea shore at Bunowen. There are many wonderful walks in the surrounding area including Dunlaughan, Aillebrack and Bunowen, all offering wonderful sea and beach views.

Doon Hill and the ruins of the Pirate Queen Grainne Mhaoil’s castle are close by as is the Connemara Golf Club, Connemara Smokehouse, and the local surfing beach at False Bay.

Bunowen Holiday Cottage Description – Sleeps 6

You enter the cottage through a porch fitted with antique blue floor tiles. Continue into the cottage sitting room with stove, comfy couches, old dresser full of interesting glasses and tea china. The kitchen which has kept its country feel is located off the sitting room. This 3-bedroom self-catering holiday home sleeps 6 guests comfortably:

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €150 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
